Wine Picks - A Fall Seafood Wine Pairing

In the last issue, I promised to focus on white wines, and what better way to enjoy a fall seafood dinner than with a crisp white wine. The real challenge is choosing from the plethora of great choices. Always up to the challenge, I did considerable tasting (my favorite task) and after comparing what is available in this market, I managed to pair wines to this wonderful ¡Sabroso! menu.
